Uniform Room Attendant

Responsibilities

• Distribute uniforms to customer employees promptly and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns face-to-face
• Maintain and stock inventory, including ordering and labeling new garments
• Perform minor garment repairs and organize the room for garment handout
• Deliver products to various locations within the customer facility
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions
• Adhere to both Cintas and customer safety programs and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Office or clerical work experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stock inventory and perform minor garment repairs
• Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding product quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional laundry experience
• Experience using an ironing press and steaming equipment
