Uniform Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution and allocation of uniforms, ensuring proper sizing and availability for all staff
• Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies or shortages
• Inspect uniforms for quality and coordinate necessary repairs or alterations
• Collaborate with external suppliers, tailors, and internal departments to meet requirements efficiently
• Ensure adherence to uniform policies and maintain up-to-date records of employee allocations
• Utilize company systems and inventory software to track stock movement in real time

Requirements

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills
• High level of computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or stock management software
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external vendors
• Background or professional experience in fashion, textiles, or uniform-related industries
