About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the distribution and allocation of uniforms, ensuring proper sizing and availability for all staff
- Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies or shortages
- Inspect uniforms for quality and coordinate necessary repairs or alterations
- Collaborate with external suppliers, tailors, and internal departments to meet requirements efficiently
- Ensure adherence to uniform policies and maintain up-to-date records of employee allocations
- Utilize company systems and inventory software to track stock movement in real time
Requirements
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills
- High level of computer literacy and familiarity with inventory or stock management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external vendors
- Background or professional experience in fashion, textiles, or uniform-related industries
