Uniform Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee uniform inventory to ensure all items are accounted for and maintained in excellent condition
• Coordinate the efficient distribution and collection of uniforms among staff
• Perform regular quality control checks to identify wear and tear and manage repairs or replacements
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage orders and deliveries to ensure a consistent supply
• Maintain accurate records of issuance, returns, and inventory levels for policy compliance
• Engage with employees to address uniform-related needs and feedback

Requirements

• Exceptional organizational abilities with experience in inventory management or logistics
• Keen eye for detail to ensure quality control and accurate record-keeping
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
