Uniform Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the uniform inventory, ensuring correct sizing and quality standards for all employees.
• Perform periodic inventory counts (monthly and ad-hoc) and document stock levels.
• Inspect garment quality and coordinate necessary repairs or modifications.
• Coordinate with tailors, suppliers, and various internal departments.
• Register and update all inventory movements within the internal management system.
• Receive physical merchandise and report any discrepancies between received goods and documentation.
• Organize the storage space effectively and manage laundry pick-ups and deliveries.
• Maintain visual and documentary records regarding uniform fittings.
• Communicate uniform procedures clearly and professionally to staff.

Requirements

• Conversational English proficiency.
• Experience using inventory management software and general IT tools.
• High attention to detail regarding stock accuracy and quality standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in wardrobe or clothing storage (e.g., retail clothing stores).
