Unified Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software that meets real user needs and business goals
• Ensure features address the right problems and deliver value
• Collaborate daily with Product Designers, Developers, and Agile Project Leads
• Embrace Agile methodologies and contribute to Scrum processes
• Plan and manage tasks in a supportive, self-organizing team

Requirements

• 3+ years in commercial software testing
• Acceptance, exploratory, and regression testing
• API testing with Postman or Insomnia (REST, SOAP)
• DevTools and browser debugging
• Clear bug reports and comprehensive test cases
• Test management tools (Jira, TestMo)
• Defect management and technical debt documentation
• Complex systems with external dependencies
• Basic SQL for data integrity verification
• Performance and load testing concepts (k6, JMeter)
• Log analysis with Grafana
• Basic Git
• Cross-browser compatibility testing
• B2+ English and Polish (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• Gherkin syntax or BDD practices
• QA metrics and reporting
• Requirements definition and business goals refinement
• Use case diagrams or process documentation
• Basic test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright)
