Undersköterska/Vårdbiträde

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to safety alarms
• Facilitate social interaction through conversation, games, cycling, or music
• Perform delegated tasks such as medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Diplomas from completed web training: Demens ABC and Demens ABC Plus
• Ability to provide an unsealed extract from the police criminal record
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in elderly care and dementia care
• Availability to work the full summer period (weeks 26-34)
