Undersköterska

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and service to residents based on their wishes and assistance decisions
• Perform personal hygiene tasks
• Assist with meal preparation and serving
• Respond to safety alarms
• Engage in social interaction with residents
• Perform delegated tasks such as medication administration

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Diplomas from completed web training: Demens ABC and Demens ABC Plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Unopened extract from the police criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with night shifts in elderly care
• Experience in dementia care or somatics
• Completion of the "jobba säkert med läkemedel" web training
