Undersköterska

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, service, and support to residents based on their needs and decisions
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation/serving
• Respond to alarms and provide social companionship
• Engage in social activities such as conversations, games, excursions, or bike rides
• Perform delegated tasks from licensed staff, including medication administration and physical training

Requirements

• Proof of right to use the title "undersköterska" from Socialstyrelsen
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Swedish
• Experience in elderly care and/or dementia care
• Good computer literacy
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (extract from police register required)
