Responsibilities

• Ensure operational reliability of production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on existing production machinery
• Conduct technical analysis of malfunctions and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Assist with installations and structural modifications to maintain and improve plant status
• Instruct and train personnel within the maintenance field
• Support other production units within the Body in White (BIW) area through process team participation

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication technology
• Completion of a 3-year industrial high school program or equivalent post-secondary education
• Ability to read technical blueprints for troubleshooting mechanical components
• Proficiency in Office 365
• Good understanding of English, both written and spoken
