Underground Observer

Responsibilities

• Function as an observer in underground mining environments to identify and report on the safe use of NCM products
• Identify and report any deviations from safe product usage to ensure customer safety and efficiency
• Provide an observation and report service between NCM and the Customer
• Effectively communicate relevant information to both NCM and the Customer to ensure quality service
• Gather and share information to build strong relationships with the workforce and management

Requirements

• Matric RSA
• Valid Driver’s License
• Medical fitness as per mine requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong report writing skills (preferably in English)
• Ability to work independently and reliably

Preferred Qualifications

• One on One on the Job Training certificate
• Assessor certificate
• Comp A or B certification
• Training or coaching ability
