Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic recruitment initiatives and high-volume travel to high schools and community colleges.
• Build and nurture relationships with educators, counselors, and professional organizations like DECA and FBLA.
• Deliver engaging academic presentations to prospective students, families, and advisors.
• Counsel prospective students on academic programs, admissions requirements, and enrollment opportunities.
• Analyze recruitment data and territory trends to identify high-impact markets.
• Manage prospective student communications and track activity using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with campus partners to plan recruitment and yield events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of professional experience in university admissions or higher education recruitment.
• Experience developing and executing strategic recruitment plans involving high-volume travel.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging academic presentations and provide student-centered advising.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage recruitment data and engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and detailed records.
