Undergraduate Intern, Social Media & Store

Responsibilities

• Aid in running the online store efficiently and profitably
• Research, produce, schedule, and measure social media content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Perform online store updates including product photography, page setup, and copywriting
• Apply industry trends to brainstorm new products and promotional campaigns
• Collect and analyze budget, inventory, and sales data using Excel
• Produce social media content including scripting and TikTok production

Requirements

• Currently matriculated undergraduate student or equivalent experience
• Previous ecommerce experience for a major brand or retailer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experience using social media for professional, academic, or extracurricular purposes
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Must be based in the U.S. for the entire duration of the internship

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
