About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed information to students regarding program and course requirements
- Respond to student and staff inquiries and redirect them to appropriate channels
- Coordinate program schedules and logistical details for events and programming
- Edit content for departmental brochures, newsletters, websites, and handbooks
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate space and resource requirements
- Update and maintain academic records and databases
Requirements
- Advanced College Diploma (3 years) or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of university administrative experience providing front-line support
- Experience coordinating course and exam schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint)
- Experience with student-based platforms (e.g., ROSI, Quercus, CIS, or Degree Explorer)
- Essential experience using Crowdmark
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent customer service abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Faculty of Arts and Science policies and programs
