Undergraduate Admissions Counselor/Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Recruit new students within the United States, with a primary focus on California territories.
• Travel to high school campuses, community colleges, churches, and youth events to conduct outreach.
• Plan, implement, and manage a personal recruitment schedule and various admissions events.
• Advise prospective students and their families on educational opportunities, admission requirements, and financial assistance.
• Evaluate applicant files and transcripts to determine admission eligibility.
• Deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences, including parent nights and community groups.
• Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and communicate with prospects via phone and email.
• Collaborate with enrollment leadership to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 1-2 years of related experience in recruitment, admissions, or a similar field.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to uphold the University’s Christ-centered mission and values.
