Undergraduate Admission Counselor

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive recruitment plan for an assigned territory to increase applications and enrollment.
• Represent Presbyterian College at high schools, community events, and on-campus recruitment programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and prospective students.
• Guide prospective students and their families through the entire admissions funnel, including financial aid and scholarship guidance.
• Review applications and provide scholarship recommendations within a 72-hour turnaround time.
• Utilize CRM platforms to document recruitment activities and monitor territory performance metrics.
• Participate in campus visit programs, open houses, and other enrollment initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends during recruitment seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, sales, or marketing.
• Familiarity with higher education recruitment practices.
• Experience using enrollment management platforms such as Slate, EAB, or Encoura.
• Demonstrated ability to meet specific goals and performance metrics.
