Undergrad Co-op - Corporate Affairs (Communications)

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal communications by drafting, editing, and posting content such as employee spotlights and organizational announcements.
• Support digital channels by maintaining internal communication sites and measuring engagement through analytics.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for corporate or community events, including scheduling and materials preparation.
• Conduct research on communications trends, employee engagement ideas, and corporate storytelling best practices.
• Partner with designers and writers to brainstorm visual and written content that reflects company values.
• Maintain calendars, content trackers, and project documentation to support team operations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's Degree program from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Completed or pursuing at least 3 years of study in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or Event Production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to participate in the program for 6 months to 1 year.
• Experience with digital communication tools such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, or email newsletters.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic understanding of event planning and vendor management.
• Strong interest in storytelling and employee engagement.
