About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty
- Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk
- Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors
- Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols
- Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum one year of security experience
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving history
- High School diploma or GED
- NC PPSB Security License
- Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform foot patrols
Preferred Qualifications
- Bi-lingual skills
- Availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
