Unarmed Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle and foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity
• Manage access control at gatehouses and front desks
• Greet and identify residents, guests, and visitors
• Monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and CCTV
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals and vehicles
• Document and maintain visitor logs
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and emergencies
• Patrol perimeters to identify safety and security risks
• Enforce company rules and regulations

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid state security licensing
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Physical ability to crawl, crouch, climb, run, and stand for extended periods
