Unarmed Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle and foot patrols to deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity
• Manage access control at gatehouses by greeting and identifying guests and residents
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and front desk activities
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals and vehicles
• Document visitor logs and notify residents of arrivals
• Respond to calls of distress, alarms, or emergencies and contact first responders
• Patrol perimeters to identify safety and security risks
• Enforce all rules, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid state security licensing
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
• Physical ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, run, and stand for extended periods
