Unarmed Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle
• Monitor access points, verify identification, and log visitors
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and employees
• Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity
• Protect property, personnel, and assets

Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Florida Security D License
• Valid Florida Driver’s License
• Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug test
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and write clear reports
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Security experience is required
