Unarmed Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all guests with courtesy and urgency
• Process visitors and announce presence to residents, owners, or offices
• Check identification and ensure proper authorization for access
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems
• Maintain familiarity with site-specific operations and post orders
• Issue visitor passes and document vehicle logs
• Patrol assigned locations and facilities
• Detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism, theft, or criminal activity

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
• Valid state security license or certificate
• Strong computer skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated experience as a security officer

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential security experience
• Experience with access control or CCTV camera systems
