Unarmed Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to detect suspicious behavior and prevent crime
• Manage gatehouse access by greeting guests and checking identification
• Provide front desk services including guest greeting, CCTV monitoring, and package distribution
• Perform device checks by scanning tags and verifying IMEI numbers
• Monitor loading docks by tracking outbound trucks and counting pallets
• Operate metal detectors and X-ray machines to prevent prohibited items from entering
• Track high-value loads using computer software

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High school degree or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of security experience
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Physical ability to crawl, crouch, climb, kneel, run, and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability for mornings, mid-day, overnight, and weekend shifts
