Unarmed Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform foot or vehicle patrols to detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism or theft
• Greet residents and guests, check identification, and control property access
• Monitor CCTV camera systems and manage access control at front desks
• Distribute packages and maintain logs of visitor vehicles
• Enforce rules and protect property, equipment, and workers

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state security licensing
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid CPR certification
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Weekend and holiday availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security or customer service
• Familiarity with report writing
• Computer skills
• Monitoring and surveillance experience
