Unarmed Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile foot or vehicle patrols throughout commercial facilities
• Detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, theft, or criminal activity
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
• Conduct security checks and protect property, equipment, and workers
• Check credentials of vehicles and individuals entering the premises

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid TN Security License
• Valid TN Driver's License
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking stairs and working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security or customer service
• Experience with monitoring and surveillance
• Familiarity with report writing
