Unarmed Flex Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Train and qualify for assigned posts and understand specific instructions
• Maintain access control procedures and utilize visitor management and CCTV systems
• Identify tenants and visitors and ensure proper sign-in procedures
• Monitor security cameras and conduct general property patrols
• Respond to incidents and property emergencies
• Record data regarding property damage, unusual occurrences, or equipment malfunctions
• Maintain accurate logs for people, property, and packages
• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of prior security officer or related experience
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid state security license and driver's license
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs
• Ability to perform foot patrols in various weather conditions
