Ukrainian Content Moderator

Responsibilities

• Review content including videos, news, images, political ads, and social media profiles
• Sort content by age appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency
• Analyze and identify non-compliant content for timely action
• Review content within agreed timeframes and quality standards
• Identify trends and patterns to solve problems beyond established policies
• Use market knowledge to improve user community support
• Participate in employee assistance programs and training to ensure well-being

Requirements

• Native-level Ukrainian (minimum C1)
• Fluent English (C1)
• Excellent grammar skills
• Experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation within the last year
• Tolerance for viewing sensitive content (e.g., violence, hate speech)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong problem-solving and research abilities
• Strong written communication and cultural awareness of the Ukrainian political/social situation
• Must possess an EU passport and a clean criminal record
