UKI Retail Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retail go-to-market strategy for HP’s UK & Ireland consumer portfolio, including Personal Systems, Gaming, Accessories, and Print.
• Define and execute commercial strategies across major retail partners to drive growth in omnichannel environments.
• Direct strategic account planning to identify market opportunities, forecast revenue, and mitigate commercial risks.
• Collaborate with pricing teams to establish competitive strategies based on market trends and sales data.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, aligning HP offerings with partner business goals.
• Manage the sales department budget, overseeing expenses for personnel, marketing, and technology.
• Improve sales forecasting accuracy through the implementation of advanced data analytics and CRM tools.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor sales professionals to enhance team capabilities and achieve profitability targets.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of job-related or management experience, preferably in sales or business management.
• Proven expertise in strategic account planning and sales forecasting.
• Strong experience in budget management and commercial strategy execution.
• Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale retail or omnichannel environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the consumer electronics or technology retail sector.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and other modern sales technologies.
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making and predictive modeling.
