UK Pension Administrator Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee a UK TAS Pension Administration Sub-team in Manila, ensuring high-quality service delivery and resource management.
• Allocate and manage team resources to meet existing requirements and anticipate future work peaks.
• Mentor associates to develop necessary skills and competencies in line with business needs.
• Build trusted relationships with UK administration operations leaders through effective communication and quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with ISO quality management, information security, and UK Data Privacy standards.
• Meet SLAs, delivery quality goals, and financial utilization targets for both self and the team.
• Perform complex client administration work and technical analysis as a Subject Matter Expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and successful completion of required assessments.
• Proven passion for people management and developing team members.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in DB (Defined Benefit) or DC (Defined Contribution) pensions administration is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a service delivery, HRIS, payroll, or insurance administration environment.
