UK Pension Administrator Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee a UK TAS Pension Administration Sub-team in Manila, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet existing requirements and anticipate future work peaks.
• Mentor and develop associates to build necessary skills, competencies, and a positive team culture.
• Build trusted relationships with UK administration operations leaders through effective communication and project execution.
• Support quality management (ISO 9001), information security (ISO 27001), and UK Data Privacy compliance.
• Perform complex client administration work and technical analysis to serve as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Monitor and contribute to the team's financial performance, including chargeable utilization targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven passion for people management and developing team members.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in DB (Defined Benefit) or DC (Defined Contribution) pensions administration is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a service delivery, HRIS, payroll, or insurance administration environment.
