UK Pension Administrator Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee a UK TAS Pension Administration Sub-team in Manila, ensuring high-quality service delivery and resource management.
• Allocate and manage team resources to meet existing requirements and anticipate future work peaks.
• Mentor associates to develop necessary skills and competencies in line with business needs.
• Build trusted relationships with UK administration operations leaders through effective communication and quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality management (ISO 9001), information security (ISO 27001), and UK Data Privacy standards.
• Meet SLAs, delivery quality goals, and achieve team financial/utilization targets.
• Perform complex client administration work and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for intricate processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and successful completion of required assessments.
• Proven passion for people management and developing team members.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in DB (Defined Benefit) or DC (Defined Contribution) pensions administration is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a service delivery environment (e.g., HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration).
