UK HR Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, support, and consultation on broad-ranging employee matters and policy interpretation.
• Investigate colleague complaints and concerns by obtaining relevant documentation and conducting interviews.
• Advise and resolve cases to maintain a positive work environment for all colleagues.
• Partner with leaders to deliver training on best practices, problem management, and grievance response.
• Support the analysis of casework trends, survey results, and escalations to improve company culture.
• Maintain value-add relationships with business leaders and HR colleagues to support end-to-end people processes.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, ideally with exposure to employee relations.
• A degree in Human Resources or CIPD Level 3 qualification (in lieu of direct experience).
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to listen actively and write clearly.
• Absolute attention to detail and a focus on high-quality work standards.
• Ability to remain calm, tactful, and persuasive in controversial or confrontational situations.
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development.
