UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Research and understand users through interviews, usability testing, and behavior analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate insights into design solutions, including flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design and prototype low and high-fidelity solutions in Figma, ensuring consistency through design systems and components.
• Validate design proposals with users and iterate based on research findings, metrics, and continuous feedback.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data (analytics, funnels, heatmaps) to optimize key user journeys such as navigation and conversion.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, development, business) to ensure technical feasibility and correct implementation.
• Prioritize design initiatives based on business impact and user experience.
• Document flows, decisions, and learnings to ensure scalability and team alignment.

Requirements

• University degree (Titulado).
• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
• Proficiency in Figma and design system management.
