UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to translate insights into design solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and design systems
• Improve user journeys with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance
• Design banking and financial products while adhering to security and compliance standards

Requirements

• 4-5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Proven experience designing banking or fintech products
• Experience designing both web and mobile applications
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Experience working with design systems
• Fluency in English
• Mandatory portfolio submission

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in UI/UX, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, FigJam, or InVision
• Experience presenting design decisions to leadership
• Fluency in Arabic
