About the Company

Orcrist builds the Orcrist Intelligence Platform (OIP), a Kubernetes-based data intelligence system delivered as SaaS or self-hosted/on-prem. We help defense, law-enforcement, and enterprise teams turn complex data into actionable intelligence—securely and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Map analyst workflows, define jobs-to-be-done, and translate mission needs into measurable UX outcomes
• Design end-to-end prototype experiences spanning search, analysis, enrichment outputs, and reporting surfaces
• Define reusable interaction patterns and ensure designs align with core primitives and platform constraints
• Run rapid validation loops including usability testing, synthesis, and iteration
• Produce adoption-grade handoffs including annotated flows, component guidance, and acceptance criteria
• Champion accessibility and data-dense usability for graph, geospatial, and table-heavy experiences

Requirements

• 5+ years designing complex B2B/enterprise or analytical products
• Demonstrated experience with data-dense, high-complexity UX such as graph/network analysis or timeline views
• Strong Figma practice and design-system documentation habits
• Basic understanding of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Ability to manage workload autonomously in a remote setting
• EU/NATO citizenship and eligibility for security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to OSINT methodologies or analyst tradecraft
• Experience conducting research with government, defense, or public-safety users
• German language proficiency (B1+)
