UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Build UI/UX for robotic systems including on-robot displays, customer-facing applications, and internal operational tools
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to validate design concepts
• Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed user flows using Figma and generative AI tools
• Partner with product managers and engineers to facilitate cross-functional execution
• Implement AI-powered solutions for customers and internal design workflows
• Maintain and improve the core design system

Requirements

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for various platforms beyond iOS
• Strong typography, layout, and full-stack design skills
• Proven track record of building products from the ground up
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles five days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or build environment
• Ability to act as a strategic partner in understanding competitive environments
• Passion for food technology and the restaurant industry
