UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes with solid IA
• Translate product goals and user needs into thoughtful, user-friendly design solutions
• Develop high-fidelity UI in Figma using reusable components and variables
• Maintain and evolve a cohesive design system across products
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and adapt well across devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy
• Participate in design critiques, user testing, and iterative feedback cycles
• Document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders

Requirements

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design within a product-focused team
• Strong grasp of UX principles, design heuristics, and usability testing
• Proficient in Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, and shared libraries
• Skilled in creating and maintaining scalable design systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and solid UI/UX skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Figma Dev Mode
• Experience with Framer
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools
