UIUX Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, user-friendly software interfaces that align with HP’s global design standards and guidelines
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and marketing teams, to gather and refine design requirements
• Work closely with engineering services to communicate design specifications, ensuring consistent execution across the product
• Collaborate with ISVs and partners to align white-labeled solutions with design guidelines and seamlessly integrate them into the product ecosystem
• Maintain a strong relationship with the global design team to ensure adherence to brand principles across all touchpoints

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• A portfolio showcasing visually cohesive designs and hands-on experience designing for the Android ecosystem
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of hardware and software ecosystem design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global design guidelines and integrating them into localized projects
• Familiarity with motion design and sound integration tools
