UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end design solutions including user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to translate requirements into visually appealing designs
• Apply UX best practices, including responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Own feature-level or module-level design work and iterate based on feedback and usability inputs
• Utilize AI-assisted design tools to improve efficiency and explore design alternatives
• Explain design decisions and user journeys clearly to team members and stakeholders

Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, specifically Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, visual design, and problem-solving capabilities
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, usability, and accessibility
• Familiarity with user-centered design and design thinking methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
• Experience with Sketch, Axure, or similar design tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Exposure to gaming, entertainment, fintech, or interactive digital products
• Experience using AI-driven insights to support design decisions
