UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive end-to-end product experiences from discovery to polished production UI
• Turn complex user problems into simple, elegant interaction flows
• Create high-fidelity interfaces with attention to typography, spacing, and hierarchy
• Build interactive prototypes to validate assumptions and refine experiences
• Use motion and micro-interactions to improve clarity and delight
• Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality shipped experiences
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, including components and tokens
• Use AI throughout the workflow to explore concepts and prototype faster
• Observe real shoppers in stores to translate behavioral insights into better experiences

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience designing digital products across UX and UI
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful interaction design and crafted interfaces
• Strong visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, hierarchy)
• Experience building and evolving design systems
• High proficiency in Figma and modern product design workflows
• Strong understanding of interaction design, usability, and accessibility
• Comfortable using AI as part of the everyday design process
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating or scaling a design system from the ground up
• Motion design skills and understanding of meaningful animation
• Familiarity with Tokens Studio and design-to-code workflows
• Experience contributing to brand systems and visual identity
• Previous startup experience
• Experience designing AI-powered or consumer-facing products
