UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Research and design end-to-end user experience
• Work in cross-functional teams to implement design ideas into prototypes and products
• Develop and implement processes and guidelines for User Experience
• Conduct product inception with product owners to understand requirements
• Conduct focus group discussions and usability testing to enhance products
• Work closely with development teams to ensure design specs are implemented
• Create overall branding and style guides

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or Interaction Designer
• Strong background in Human Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field
• Online portfolio demonstrating expertise in wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
• Experience in planning and conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests)
• Understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive designs
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS3, or JavaScript
• Ability to convey ideas through storytelling, storyboards, and mood boards
