Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experience design of AI-enabled public sector products and services
• Work with scrum teams and government agencies to inform product and design decisions
• Translate complexity into clear user journeys, workflows, information architectures, and interaction patterns
• Balance user, business, and technical needs to drive product solutions
• Use user research and data to justify design decisions and iterate on user experience
• Present design strategies and decisions to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• 6-8 years of professional experience in UX, interaction, or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro
• Experience with user research and data-driven design
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Exposure to AI-driven experiences
• Experience working within agile and cross-functional product teams
• Frontend development knowledge is a bonus
