Responsibilities

• Map as-is processes and translate them into automated steps
• Work with stakeholders to define manual rules and translate them into automated workflows
• Configure, test, and deploy automation with integration to internal and external databases
• Monitor and measure bot effectiveness to report on solution impact
• Refine and expand automation based on user feedback
• Lead configuration, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions
• Maintain quality and organization of platform code and data

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• 2-3 years of experience with automation platforms
• Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges
• Effective communication skills for clients and team members
• Willingness and experience to lead and train

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of OCR libraries or tools
• Experience with R, Python, .NET, or VBA
