Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and evaluate technical feasibility via UiPath
Design end-to-end automation solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts and stakeholders
Participate in workload estimation and contribute to RPA initiative business cases (ROI)
Manage the migration of existing Blue Prism automations to UiPath, including workflow analysis, redesign, and reimplementation
Develop and configure attended and unattended robots, reusable components, and automation frameworks
Resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements
Develop scripts, utilities, and complementary tools to improve operational efficiency
Produce and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents, PDD, deployment guides, and support documentation
Communicate progress, technical solutions, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders

Bac+3/5 degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development with strong UiPath expertise
Proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and REFramework
Experience with Blue Prism to UiPath migration
Expertise in Web, Desktop, Citrix, Excel, PDF, SAP, API, and Mainframe automation
Strong skills in C# and/or VB.NET
Knowledge of SQL Server, Web Services, and SDLC
