UiPath Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver UiPath solutions in accordance with WonderBotz standards and best practices
• Support development of UiPath strategies and assess automation opportunities
• Define, design, and develop automation on UiPath platforms, including POCs, pilots, and production automation
• Participate in workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather and document process definitions
• Participate in design and configuration sessions to improve and enhance work products
• Guide and mentor newly trained developers

Requirements

• Mastery or strong desire to master a leading RPA tool (UiPath required)
• Advanced RPA vendor certification preferred
• At least one year of hands-on experience with programming languages such as .Net, Java, VB, C#, HTML/CSS, Python, or SQL
• Proficiency in reading Microsoft Office Visio or equivalent process flow-charting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Document management and processing tools (e.g., Kofax, ABBYY)
• Experience with Data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Microsoft SSIS)
• Experience with Technical automation tools (e.g., shell scripting, PHP)
• Experience with Business process management tools (e.g., Pega)
