UiPath Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support project workstreams, contributing to the management of scope, timeline, and deliverables under senior guidance
• Analyse data and information to assist in preparing recommendations for clients
• Represent Roboyo at client locations, communicating project progress and managing stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with automation team members to deliver solutions that address specific client needs
• Stay up to date on industry trends and proactively grow consulting and technical skills
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation leveraging UiPath
• Knowledge in consulting areas such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships in on-site and remote environments
• Proactive, independent, and self-driven work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath RPA Developer Certification
• Previous exposure to consulting environments or client-facing roles
• Python coding skills
• Interest in upskilling in process mining, low-code platforms, conversational AI, or test automation
• Experience with Automation Anywhere or Power Automate
