UI UX Expert

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify user needs, preferences, and behaviors
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility
• Iterate design solutions based on user testing feedback and performance metrics
• Maintain coherence in design across platforms adhering to branding guidelines
• Stay current with industry trends to bring innovative ideas into design approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience in creating responsive designs for various devices
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX roles
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
