UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Founders, product management, software engineering, Machine Learning, and CG teams to deliver innovative product solutions.
• Lead all visual design stages from initial concept to final delivery.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to evaluate feedback and understand user needs.
• Provide creative solutions that simplify complex design issues for the Autodesk Flow Studio platform.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience.
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/UX skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other wireframing tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
