Responsibilities

Depending on the specific team, responsibilities may include:

• Scaling mobile app architecture to support growing user demand and long-term maintainability
• Accelerating app release cadence by improving and owning the release process
• Building reusable patterns, tooling, and documentation for cross-domain contributions
• Owning and evolving the Mollie UI design system across web and mobile
• Rebuilding and improving mobile navigation architecture
• Improving app accessibility in line with compliance standards
• Strengthening testing practices and automation to reduce regressions
• Owning upsell infrastructure and in-app messaging to drive merchant engagement

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience developing mobile apps and web applications
• Solid hands-on experience with React and/or React Native
• Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals at a low level
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and app release processes
• Proficiency with native browser APIs and CSS
• Track record of building products at medium to large scale
• Experience with test-driven development and REST API design
• Product-first mindset with end-to-end ownership focus
• Generalist mindset with strong communication skills
