UI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reusable React JS component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Translate Figma/XD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UIs using Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• Develop complex, data-heavy analytical dashboards featuring real-time charts and widgets.
• Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API.
• Integrate REST APIs and develop backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Collaborate with AI/ML squads to integrate model outputs into intuitive user interfaces.
• Ensure strict adherence to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying React JS applications in production.
• Proven track record working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Experience building analytical dashboards or interfaces for complex, real-time data.
• High proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and Tailwind CSS or Material UI.
• Ability to design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Strong understanding of state management and asynchronous API integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js or Microfrontend architectures.
• Domain knowledge in banking or fintech environments.
• Proficiency with data visualization libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, or Recharts.
• Experience with LLM API integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) or RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with WebSockets, AWS/Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
