UI Diagnostics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute diagnostic and test tools for automotive embedded infotainment systems
• Work with engineering teams to develop software and hardware diagnostic tools
• Bridge information from back-end database systems to improve UI integration diagnostics
• Create test automation scripts
• Develop simulation tools for vehicle signals
• Support integration of ticketing systems and set up tracing environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in app building, testing, debugging, and deployment
• Experience with high traffic, high availability applications
• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Shell
• Experience developing products in UNIX environments or Unity 3D
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and software project management
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Embedded Software, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embedded systems
• Knowledge of automotive electrics and mechanics
